AST Suspension Lowering Springs (30mm/20mm TUV) - 1996-1998 BMW 3 Series 320i/325i/325TD/325TDS/328i Compact/Coupe (E36)AST Lowering Springs for the 1996 1998 BMW 3 Series (E36) are manufactured from a premium high tensile chromium silicone wire which is handpicked by AST engineers for its quality and metal consistency. Each spring is cold wound and then heat treated to increase hardness and reduce internal stresses present after winding. Each spring is then individually shot peened, phosphate treated and then powder coated to outlast even the life of the vehicle.

Reasonably priced sound deadening

Easy to cut with a carpet knife. I used a heatgun to make it stickier and more moldable. The foil isn't so thick that you risk cutting yourself like some Dynamat variants.

great for what im doing. maybe not as good in a vehicle though

decent product. not as thick as typical sound deadening but definitely cheaper. and for my application, i didnt need a name brand thicker material. i am putting it on our heat and ac vent and intake pipes during our remodel. sound travels from room to room in our old house through these vents and pipes so a little sound deadening goes a long way
