The central rectangular mirror is framed with the engraved, frame pieces of mirror. A stylized fronton tops the piece. It is in very nice Antique condition with only minor wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.

We have three of these (one for each dog)
My dogs love these. I don’t put any paste in them. I stuff them with their dinner kibbles and then use something like peanut butter or bread on the ends to keep the kibbles in for a bit while they toss these and roll them around. Keeps them quite busy for a long time AND the best part is I have had 1 for months (and bought more) but this toy has stood up to hard chewing for as long as we’ve had them.
